Success? It’s the one thing we as business owners are all in search of and The Business Success Symposium aims to help attendees in their pursuit. In this amalgamation of eager hearts and open minds, we will share expert advice, stories and best practices that will put Afro Caribbean affiliated business owners and entrepreneurs on the fast track to success. The Afro Caribbean Business Success Summit is a meeting and collaboration of top black business minds in our community.

10:30am - 11:00am - Opening Remarks, ACBN presentation

11:00am - 12:30 - Business Plan Incubator

Guests will participate in an interactive business plan writing workshop focused on clarifying the problem that each individual business solves and understanding who your target market is.  Workbook will be provided.

12:30pm - 1:30pm - Lunch Break

Fireside Chat with a Politician about Business Issues

Our special guest will talk about curernt programs and projects to assist local businesses.

2:00pm – 3:00pm - Expert Panel Discussing Valuable Start-Up Resources

This activity would build from the business plan incubator and focus on specific areas of business expertise to ensure maximum success.  

Also, Afro-Caribbean businesses within the GTA face their own trials and tribulations with regards to stigmas like lack of customer service, dated technology and improper business setup.  We want to address these issues and work with attendees to change the narratives and rejuvenate the reputation that our businesses have.
